Free Shipping
All orders ship free to the contiguous United States (48 states). We do not currently ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or US territories.
Shipping Method & Carrier
Heavy equipment is shipped via flatbed freight or enclosed trailer depending on the machine. After your order is confirmed, our logistics team will contact you within 1–2 business days to schedule a delivery appointment and confirm the carrier.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your machine ships.
Estimated Transit Times
- East Coast & Midwest: 7–12 business days
- West Coast & Mountain States: 7–12 business days
- All other continental US: 7–12 business days
Transit times are estimates and may vary due to carrier capacity, weather, or regional factors. LandRaxx is not responsible for carrier-caused delays.
Delivery Requirements
Delivery of heavy equipment typically requires a forklift, front-end loader, or loading dock at the destination. Please ensure your delivery site is accessible for a freight vehicle. If you need special arrangements, contact us before ordering.

Damaged Shipments
Inspect all deliveries carefully before signing the delivery receipt. If you notice visible damage, note it on the carrier's delivery form and contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. Damage reported after 48 hours may not be eligible for a carrier claim.
